Vivane Marie Louise Fisher (nee Allaire) passed away peacefully in her 78th year in the company
of her daughters, Evelyn Franklin (nee Fisher) and Beverly Fisher on 3 June 2026 in Kirkland
Lake following a lengthy battle with Cancer.
Viviane was a passionate follower of TV game and crime shows, Coronation Street, and the
Young and the Restless. Prior to her illness, she enjoyed Thursday night BINGO with her
friends.
Viviane survived her husband, Clarence Fisher, who passed away 2 September 2003, her
mother, Leona Hancock, who passed away 2 November 2014, and her brother, Jimmy, who
passed away 8 September 2024.
Viviane’s interment will be held at the Kirkland Lake Cemetery at 1:00 p.m. at the 26 June
(Friday) followed by a small gathering at the Kinross Pond. Family and friends are invited to pay
their respects.
Rest in Peace mom, your loving daughters, Evelyn and Beverly.
We would like to thank the staff of the Kirkland Lake District Hospital for the wonderful and
compassionate care to our mom during her last days.
In lieu of flowers donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.

I was so very sorry to hear of Viviane’s passing. I knew her for many years through my job, and she was always so pleasant to talk to. I was aware of her heath struggles, and she was such a trooper, always pushing through things and staying positive. You’re finally at peace, Viviane. 🙏. My condolences to Bev and Evelyn.
