I have fond memories of Tommy while raising my 2 kids (his 2nd cousins). Tommy was a very kind, fun person who stole your heart. He would do anything for anyone. Always a caring loving soul. We are heartbroken. The system is broken. I wish I could’ve done something to help. My deepest, most sincere condolences to everyone who knew Tommy. To know him, was to love him. Xo
