I was saddened to hear of Tarsy’s passing, I enjoyed the times when I would volunteer with her at your school, growing up. I admired her determination when she decided to go back to school to become a nurse she had a lot of spunk ! Sorry to hear of the passing of Tarsy. We worked together for many years to KDH. She was dedicated to caring for her patients and worked hard to keep them comfortable. When I moved into the neighbourhood she was over immediately with a welcoming gift. When out walking I sometimes stopped and chatted on her front deck or was invited in for tea. After fighting numerous challenges may she rest in peace. Heather

I’ve known of Tarcy as their family lived in the same neighborhood as me in the earlier years but had always said hello and had short chats when we seen each other in the early mornings shopping! I’ve reconnected with some of her relations thru her best friend Emily Boisvert!! May she fly with angels and rest in peace!!
