Elk Lake resident Margaret Wilkinson died February 7, 2011, at the Englehart and District Hospital. She was born in Regina, Saskatchewan, on November 13, 1919, to William and Robina Gibson, She married Harold Wilkinson in April of 1980, in Belhaven, and moved to this area in 1980 from Keswick, Ontario. Mrs. Wilkinson worked as a town clerk in Georgina Township and she was a member of the Elk Lake Bible Chapel. Mrs. Wilkinson is survived by her daughters Darlene Peebles (Ron) of Willow Beach, Sharon Six (Wayne) of Colorado; four grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and two brothers-in-law; stepdaughter Patricia and stepson Kenneth; She was predeceased by her husband Harold Wilkinson. The funeral is arranged by McDonald Funeral Home in Englehart. The service will be conducted by Ron Hartford at the Elk Lake Bible Chapel on Thursday, February 10, at 2:30 p.m. Cremation has taken place.
