It is with great sadness we say goodbye to a life long friend and loving father, Jack St. Louis on August 25, 2026.
Jack is predeceased by his parents Fernand and Josephine (Joey).
He will be lovingly remembered by his son Kellan, wife Allison and two Granddaughters as well as sisters Eva Gaalaas and Linda Miller. Brad Curtis and family and his beloved companion Freda and best friend Jim.
Jack was a teacher in Quebec,Ontario and Alberta before making a career change to his other love…which was driving. He drove buses for oil and gas workers for almost a decade before deciding to retire. But his heart was always here in Ontario at Kenogami Lake. He loved “his place” on the River and enjoyed many years of friendship and laughter shared with dear friends Jim and Bev Malnerich and their families,John,Shelagh,Justin and Sarah as well as Leanne and Eric,Kate and Andrew.
Jack was a volunteer driver for the Canadian Cancer Society and spent many a day driving patients to appointments in Sudbury and back to their home regardless of the type of weather. He was also a volunteer Fireman for the Kenogami Fire Dept for 13 years. He was very dedicated and enjoyed the comradeship of his team mates and community.
As an avid Oiler fan and a former curler he seldom missed a puck drop or a Brier match.

A heartfelt thank you the wonderful staff at Teck Pioneer Residence. It was a great comfort to know that Jack was surrounded by people who treated him with dignity, patience and genuine care during the time he made TPR his home.

A Celebration of Jacks life will be held at a later date.
