Gerald D. (Jerry) Begley

1957 - 2021

In Loving Memory of Gerald D. (Jerry) Begley who was born on July 15, 1957 and passed away on November 5, 2021. You will be deeply missed.

Loving husband to Cheryl Drummond. Loving and amazing father to Joshua Begley (Lindsay), Sarah Begley (Mark Fortin) and Matthew Drummond-Begley. Loving brother to his sister Patricia DeSerano (late Norman DeSerano). Grandfather to Kristapher, Mackenzie, Dylan and Dustin. Brother-in-law to Rick Drummond (Carol), Karen Drummond, Randy and Denise Drummond, David and Marie Drummond, Arthur and Anna Drummond. Uncle to many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Clifford and Irene Begley and his brother Robert Begley; as well as mother-in-law Beth Drummond, sister-in-law Ellice Drummond and brother-in-law Ken Kalmusky.

Jerry loved his time on the water whether it was the many years he spent on the Navy ships or out fishing. He also enjoyed 4-wheeling and was the dedicated Fire Chief of the Matachewan Volunteer Fire Department.

In keeping with Jerry’s wishes, cremation has taken place.

No farewell words were spoken
No time to say goodbye
You were gone before we knew it
Only GOD knows why.
