Passed away January 11, 2009 at the Englehart & District Hospital after a brief illness. Pre-deceased by her husband Allen McLeod, parents Robert & Dorothy Leslie and brother Lloyd. She is suvived by her brother Don Leslie (Julie), Betty Linke (Ken) and Shirley Weber (Gunter). A heartfelt thanks to the wonderful sare of the nursing staff at the Englehart Hospital and to her many friends for their kindness and support throughout a very trying time. Donations in memory to the Englehartr & District Hospital, Women`s Well Centre or charity of choice will be greatly appreciated by the family. A memorial and celebration of Rose`s life was held at the Kap-Kig-Iwan Provincial Park (down by the falls) on Saturday May 30, 2009 at 11 a.m. Mrs. Jean Wallace officiating.
