So sorry Helen, to hear of your Dad’s passing. I remember your Mom and Dad walking, usually downtown. Their memories will always be close in your heart.

So sorry to hear about the loss of your father and grandfather. He was an avid walker around town and we noticed that we hadn't run into him for a long time. We remember him and Paula very well. He took special interest in our children and watched that they got across the highway safely from the school bus at the top of Beaver hill. He blessed them with birthday money and candy for many years as our neighbour. Paula was a fantastic cook and housewife in her retirement, and a good neighbour. Their yard and flowers were always well kept. We are sad to hear of his passing. Rest in Peace Peter.

I am so sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. Such a great tribute to him. He was a very private, quiet but hard-working man. I worked with him directly at the Swastika nursery in the early 80's and he taught me lots of practical skills that helped in my forestry career. Hold onto those wonderful memories. May he Rest in Peace.
