My sincere, and deepest condolences to Gina, Dean, Lise and family. I am so sorry for the loss for your Dad/Mike. He was a pleasant, kindhearted, old school gentleman, and always happy to answer my little guy’s millions of questions about Ruben. My daughter pointed out how even if you didn’t know him, you knew him bc he was part of the iconic KL duo of Mike and Ruben. He always greeted us with smiles, and was very proud of how well behaved Ruben is, and that kids could enjoy the big fluffy boy as well. We are all going to miss seeing the two of them, and our chats. May he rest in peace.

Cheryl/Gina…Please know I feel your sorrow. It’s like losing your feet, your compass or having someone taking the wind out of your sails. I’m praying your future days, although filled with sadness, will slowly yield to good memories of love and laughter.

My apologies for this later response: Sincere Condolences to Gina & Family (All of Mike’s Loved Ones)… I remember him from the airport but I had the pleasure of getting to know him @ ‘The Miner’s’. He was a very polite Gentleman & an all-around wonderful Person to have in one’s company. He definitely had a great sense of humour. Though we hadn’t seen one another in some time, we still connected on fb now & then, but the last time was in January, shortly before his passing. I was shocked because we were discussing the possibility of getting together @ a venue should the timing be right! RIP Mike, your presence will definitely be missed.

Heartfelt condolences to all Michael’s family, friends & all past co-workers🙏🩷 I have fond memories of being with cousin Michael many years ago in Kirkland Lake when we were teenagers. So grateful we got re-connected through Facebook. Prayers to you Gina, Cheryl & Ruben🙏
