Helen Cowan (1962-2022)
Passed away at the Temiskaming Hospital on Monday, September 19, 2022 in her 59 th year. Helen Cowan (née Toole), beloved wife of 40 years to Ron Cowan, much loved mother of Shannan (Chris) of Cobden, Wayne (Kaylene) of Earlton, loving grandmother of Emma, Lily, Ava, Claytan, Alizabeth, Braelynn, Kinsley . Loving sister of Marilyn McMartin, sister-in-law of George Giacomoni, Bob Hart, Reg (Ann) Cowan, Sharon (Bob) Kitsemetry and Rick Cowan.
Helen is predeceased by her sister Brenda Hart and sister-in-law Marlene Burgess (Tom).
Helen will be greatly missed by her family, nieces and nephews and friends, also by her beloved dogs, Walker and Lucey.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 22, 2022 from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm A chapel service will be held on Friday, September 23, 2022 at 11:00 am from the Timiskaming Funeral Cooperative, Perrin Chapel.
As an expression of sympathy, donations in memory of Helen may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
