It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, auntie, cousin, and friend, Christine Miller who began her journey to the Spirit World on Tuesday, July 7th, 2026, at the age of 51, at Blanche River Hospital in Kirkland Lake, Ontario, surrounded by the love of her family.
Predeceased by her loving parents, Anna and Peter Miller, and her beloved brother, Walter Miller. She leaves behind her beloved children: Donald, Dakota, Summer, and Hunter, and her cherished grandchildren: Olivia, Sophia, Sage, Cedar, and Benton, who will forever carry her spirit with them. She is lovingly remembered by her brothers and sisters: Anna (Rob), Michael, Rachel (Jason), Elizabeth, Peter, Roxanne, along with her many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and countless friends whose lives were enriched simply by knowing her.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has offered prayers, comfort, meals, support, and love during this difficult time. Your kindness has carried us through more than words can express.
As we say see you later, we do so with gratitude for the time we were blessed to share with her. Though she has walked on ahead, we know this is not farewell forever. One day our paths will meet again. Until then, may the Creator hold her gently, may the ancestors welcome her home, and may her spirit travel in peace.
A sacred fire was lit to help her travels to the spirit world. A celebration of life feast will be held at a later date with family.
