Lorrie, Mickie and all Tammy's extended family
Please accept our most heartfelt condolences on the loss of your daughter. Praying for you all as you navigate this loss.
A beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, granddaughter, sister, aunt, niece, cousin and friend. Tammy left us unexpectedly at the age of 43, on August 3, 2024.
She was mom to Caden and Mimi to her “beautiful, beautiful Brynn” as well as the first born child to Bobby and Lorrie. Tammy was born and raised in Kirkland Lake, where she attended Assumption School, St. Joseph’s school and KLCVI. She graduated from Northern College with a Office Administration certificate. She was a bartender for many years and then employed in her field of office administration following her graduation. Her last position being Logistics Coordinator at EPC.
Tammy so deeply loved and was so proud of her only son, Caden and granddaughter, Brynn. She had an infectious laugh and loved life and it showed by the smile she wore on her face almost every day. She was funny, outgoing and loved her family and friends to whom she was fiercely loyal.
She missed her work family a great deal after her recent departure from EPC. She will be remembered for her great sense of humor and funny personality. Her presence in the lives of all those she touched will be greatly missed. When you think of Tammy, celebrate the good memories you have of her.
Tammy was preceded in death by her father, Bobby Souriol, her sister Bobbie-Ann Souriol, her step-father Bruce Davis, her grandparents Arthur and Pauline Souriol, Bill and Helen Nichol, her auntie Annette Souriol, her uncles, Peter Crawford and Ivon Trudel, and by many other extended family members and friends.
Left to mourn her passing are her son Caden Souriol; granddaughter Brynn Metzinger-Souriol, her mother Lorrie Souriol and step-father Mickey Barrett; brother Tyler Davis (Michaella), step sisters Sheena (Kenneth) Kamieniecki and Samantha Davis. She will be dearly missed by her uncles, Bill Nichol (Cathy), Edward Souriol (Donna Lee), Gord Souriol (Bonnie), her aunts, Yolande Souriol and Paulette Souriol (Jim), and by our “Pops” Don Giroux as well as many cousins, great aunts and uncles, great cousins, and a wide circle of friends and acquaintances.
Rest in paradise Baby Girl! You are now at peace with your dad and sister. Give them, grama and grampa Nichol, grama and grampa Souriol and the rest of our family the biggest hug from all of us!
A Celebration of Life for Tammy will be announced at a later date.
