With sadness, we announce the passing of the late Mr. Jack Crouch on Friday, July 7, 2017. Survived and lovingly remembered by his wife of 62 years, Audrey; his children Wendy (Archie) MacKinnon, his son David Crouch; his granddaughter Heather (Jason) Gignac and his faithful pal, Cheemo. The family would like to thank the caring and devoted staff at Extendicare who always went above and beyond to ensure Jack’s well being.Donations:
