It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Jane Wray Parkinson. She will be dearly missed by her children Stephen of Guelph, Richard (Jan) of Barrie, Nancy Milosevich (Paul) of Sault Ste. Marie & Peter Parkinson of Bracebridge. She will be fondly remembered by her granddaughters Jennifer Parkinson & Wrayanne MacDougall as well as her sister Pat Foster (David) of London, Ont. Special friend and companion Joan Aldred of Kirkland Lake, who has assisted Jane in many ways will miss her. We would like to include a heartfelt “thank-you” to our friends and the staff of the Kirkland & District Hospital for assisting and allowing our Mom to have a peaceful journey to God’s House. Visitation will be held at the Monette & French Funeral Home on Saturday January 10, 2009 from 10:00 a.m. followed by a funeral service in the Teck-Hughes chapel at 11:00 a.m. with The Reverend David Naylor officiating.
