You do not need to have everything decided before meeting with us. Our funeral directors will guide you through the process, explain your options and answer your questions.
To help prepare your pre-arrangement, we may ask for information such as:
- Your full legal name.
- Date and place of birth.
- Parents Names, including maiden names and places of birth.
- Social Insurance Number,
- marital information, Occupation, a
- Names and contact information of your estate trustee, next of kin or the person you would like us to contact at the time of death.
You may also wish to bring:
- Will
- Marriage Certificate or Decree of Divorce
You may bring this information with you to your appointment, or use the secure form below to provide it in advance. You can also use the form to request a call from one of our funeral directors to answer questions or arrange a convenient appointment time.
