Yvon LeGuen of Earlton died suddenly at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Thursday, June 7, 2012, at the age of 67. He was born in Englehart on December 8, 1944, to Francis and Roseanne LeGuen. Mr. LeGuen was a farmer until his retirement three years ago. He had a heart of gold, said his family, and he loved fishing, his cats, helping people and the Montreal Canadiens. Mr. LeGuen was predeceased by his parents Francis and Roseanne LeGuen and his sisters Lucille, Helene and Lorette. He is survived by his loving spouse Julienne (Forget), sister Annette and her spouse Sam of Calgary, stepchildren Robert Dugal and his wife Michelle of Georgetown and Sherry Dugal and her spouse Jeffrey of Brampton and his stepgrandchildren Hayden and Ryker and also by numerous nieces and nephews. In keeping with the family’s wishes, there will be no visitation or service at this time. In memory contributions to the Heart and Stroke Foundation will be greatly appreciated by the family.
