REIBLING, Thomas “Tom” - With sadness, we announce Tom’s passing at Tri-Town Extendicare on Thursday, October 27th, 2022 with his loving family at his side. Tom has gone home to be with his Lord and Saviour to be joined one day by his “sweetie”.
Tom was predeceased by his parents, his brothers David, Russell and his sisters Mary Elizabeth in infancy and Sarah Jane.
Forever cherished by his loving wife Gidge Reibling of 49 years; his children Joshua Reibling (Melanie), Jamie Reibling, Benjamin (Becky) Reibling; his deeply loved grandchildren Gregory (Jackie), Steven, Kalisha (Walker), Cassidy, Sasha, Andrew, Matthew, Shaelynn, Mackenzie, Vanessa, and Angele as well as his great grandchildren Hailey, Jace, Ava, Lily and his brother Doug Reibling. Tom will also be missed by many nieces and nephews, as well as extended family.
Tom was born in Kitchener and lived in Tavistock until they moved to the north in 1981. Tom was an entrepreneur and had many businesses throughout his life such as trapper, providing firewood to the area, grass cutting, farming, and trucking animals to Cookstown. Tom’s greatest passions were his family, farming, and fishing.
Special thanks to Dr. Don Davies, Joanne, and all the staff that Tri-Town Extendicare who provided superb care to Tom during his stay.
Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
So sorry to hear about cousin Tom's passing. So many great memories over the years, especially cousin adventures in our early years. Love you all and we will keep you in our prayers.
