On behalf of Kirkland Lake Fire Services I would like to extend my sincere condolences to the family and friends of Mr. Sampson. Our introduction and one later meeting left an impression with me that Tommy was a genuine and truly likable man who would make anyone a great friend. His 45 plus years of dedicated service with the Kirkland Lake Volunteer Fire Brigade is legendary. He will be sadly missed.

It is with great sadness to hear of the passing of Tom. He was a very kind man and helped my Mom when my Dad was in the Kirkland Lake Hospital. He drove my Mom to the hospital and back home every day as he visited his wife. He will always be in our memories. I am happy to see that he lived a very long life and I am sure he helped many people along the way, he was that kind of person. Connie Collette-Cole and the Collette Family
