THIB, Terry John
Terrance John Thib of Englehart died May 23, 2011, at Englehart and District Hospital at the age of 72. He was born February 5, 1939, in Englehart to Gertrude Coutts and George Thib, and attended Englehart High School. On July 10, 1965, he married Mary Bellon in Kirkland Lake. A business owner in Englehart for many years, he was a Mason and an avid curler, and loved his family. He was predeceased by his parents and brothers Jim and George. He is survived by his wife Mary, son Terry John (wife Jessica), nephews John and David, and nieces Mary-Lynn, Peri and Kara. A funeral service will be held May 25 at the McDonald Funeral Home in Englehart, followed by cremation. Donations may be made in Mr. Thib’s memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
