It is with heavy hearts that we announce Stella’s passing at Extendicare Kirkland Lake on August 11, 2016.She was predeceased by her husband Josef; her parents Anna and Josef Suchecki; her brother John Suchecki and her dear friend Josef Wojtus. Survived by her stepson Zenon Zalewski; her nieces Mieczyslawa Kwiatkowska, Jadwiga Sarniak and her nephew Stanislaw Suchecki and her sister-in-law Agnieszka Suchecka. Also survived and deeply missed by her extended family Teresa (Fred) Krzeszowiec, Irena (Leslaw) Binkowski, Carol (Roman) Borowski, Tanja (Joe) Wojtus, Mike (Annette) Howey, Rada Mitic and also survived by nieces and nephews of her extended family; Monica (Mustafa), Lisa, Camila, Conrad and by many friends and neighbors.Stella was a resident of Kirkland Lake since 1973 and loved living in Canada. She was employed as a Custodian for King George School from the time of her arrival into Canada to her retirement. Some may remember her love and passion of gardening, cooking and entertaining with friends and enjoyed a shot of her favorite drink.
