July 20, 1914-April 17, 2015
Mrs. Rose Bower a long-time resident of Kirkland Lake, passed away peacefully on April 17, 2015 at Teck Pioneer Residence. She was predeceased by her father Andrew and mother Rose and siblings Ethel, Irene, Gertrude, Edna and William. She was the beloved wife of the late George Anderson Bower. Rose was a loving mother to her son Laurie and his wife Marilyn; Grandmother to Tracey Hamilton (John) and great-grandmother to Jacqueline, Amy & Zachary. A special thanks to the thoughtful & caring nurses and staff at Teck Pioneer Residence. A private family service will be held in the Kirkland Lake Cemetery.Offer Condolence for the family of Rose Leona Bower

To the Bower family, please accept my condolence. No doubt, to live to be 100 years old is exceptional. (Psalm 90:10) Imagine Mrs. Bower living “forever”. That is what the Bible promises at Isaiah 25:8 where it says “He (God) will swallow up death forever.” Under God’s Kingdom, which we pray for at Matthew 6:10, God will resurrect Mrs. Bower from the grave (Acts 24:15) so that she can benefit from this life-long promise. I hope God’s promise eases your pain in the days ahead.
