Condolences on the passing of your mother. She was a good friend to my mom in the early days of living in Larder Lake. I have many photographs of her from that time.

KOSTUN, Nora – Passed away peacefully with family at her side on Thursday, November 22, 2012 at Teck-Pioneer Residence at the age of 87. Nora was predeceased by her parents; 3 siblings; her husband Ted and their daughter Lori. She is survived and lovingly remembered by her sister Jane Fluter of Windsor; her children Karen (Paul) St. Cyr of Edmonton, Rick Kostun of Toronto and Jane Kostun of Kirkland Lake. Nora was the dearly loved grandmother of David (Mindy) and Mark (Kate) St. Cyr as well as her two precious great grandchildren Keagan and Madeleine “Maddie”. She is also survived by her beloved godson and nephew Eddie (Helen) Dydo and many other nieces, nephews and godchildren. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, November 26, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the chapel of the Teck-Pioneer Residence with a reception to follow. Interment will take place at the Kirkland Lake Cemetery in 2013. Donations in Nora’s memory may be made to the Northern Cancer Research Foundation (41 Ramsey Lake Road, Sudbury, ON.
