LAGROIS, Nicki
1972 - 2024
It is with great sadness to announce the unexpected passing of Nicki Ivon Leo Lagrois on 1 January 2024. Nick was born in Ottawa, Ontario, and moved to Kirkland Lake, Ontario in 1991.
He was a person with a kind heart, and opened his home to people, offering them a place to sleep, have a hot meal or just to keep warm. He enjoyed gardening and baking.
He is predeceased by his father, Jean Marc Guy Lagrois of Napanee, Ontario. Also, predeceased by John Clare Fisher of Cobourg, Ontario. & his late grandparents, Freda May Phyllis Fisher & Clare Simon Fisher. He will be sadly missed by his mother, Nancy Kathleen Willison and step-father, Paul Edward Willison of Bourkes, Ontario. He will be remembered by Susan Darlene Marshall (Mike) & his cousins, Rubin, Lee & Michelle of Thorloe, Alberta. Also remembered by his Aunt Barbara Fisher & his cousins, Paul and John Fisher of Cobourg, Ontario. He’ll also be missed by his Kirkland Lake friends he made over the years.

Nick’s Family and Friends
I am so saddened to hear of Nick’s passing. I saw him downtown before the holidays and he greeted me as he always did with a big smile and a hello. Such a sweetheart ! I will miss seeing him around. My deepest condolences go out to his family and friends. ️
