LORANGER, Mary
Loranger, Mary (nee Shubat) - With deep sadness, the family announces the death of Mary Loranger in her 89th year. Mary passed away at the Englehart & District Hospital in the early hours of Thursday August 31st surrounded by family. Born on December 23, 1928 in Kirkland Lake to the late Marion and Danica Shubat. Mary loved her family, cats and her garden. She will be remembered as a devoted Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother who loved spending time with her family. Predeceased by her parents, her brother Charles and her sister Emilie. She will be sadly missed by her children: Gerry (Linda)of Cochrane ; Marion (Jim)of Lethbridge,Alberta and Angie (Felix) of Earlton. Fondly remembered by her grandchildren: Steven, Cara(Paul), Marc (Rebecca), Chris (Cheryl), Kyle and Kurtis; great grandchildren: Alyx, Luca, Giordano, Matea, Zachary, Brie, and Isabella. She will also be missed by her nephew Terry Tonkin and his daughter Kaylee Penney. In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation at this time. The family will gather for a private Celebration of Mary`s Life at a later date. Special thanks to Dr. Lacasse and the nurses at the Englehart & District Hospital for their care and compassion.
