In loving memory of Mr. Lawrence Aldred who passed away at Hospice Simcoe, Barrie, on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at the age of 87. Pre-deceased by his first wife Doris, parents Sydney & Daisy Aldred, siblings Sidney, Joyce Bailey, Horace, Raymond. He is survived by his wife Dora, 6 children Wayne (Grace), Heather (David) Minnett, Tim (Ran), Lorraine (Paul) Potter, Lois (Todd) Heard, Terry (Stefanie), his 12 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, siblings Leonard (Irene) Aldred, Marjorie (wife of Raymond Aldred), Hannah (wife of Horace). The family of the late Mr. Lawrence Aldred will receive friends at the McDonald Funeral Home, Englehart, Thursday, May 18, from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 pm. Funeral Service will be held at Good Shepherd Church on Friday, May 19, at 11:00 am. Sons Wayne, Tim and Terry will be officiating with Jeff Schinkel at the committal service.
