It is with deep sadness that we announce Karen’s passing at home in her loving husband’s arms, on Monday, August 22, 2011. Karen was predeceased by her father Garnet Wilson; her step mother Meme Wilson; her siblings Katherine May Wilson, Kenneth Mark Wilson and Bobby Garnet Wilson. She is survived and dearly missed by her husband Richard; her precious children Jamie Schraeder (Laura Roelofs), Richie Schraeder (Kim Arthur), Karen Metson (Jim), Julie Schraeder (Robert Lauzon); her loving mother Aline Wilson; her step father Oliver Touvinen; her deeply loved sister Aline Wilson (Paul Goyer); her nephew Chad (Paris) Trudel as well as her grandmother Clementine Ede. Karen also leaves her precious grandchildren Brittany, Brody, Brady, Eternity, Robert, Cory, Autumn, Jay-Linn, Cole and Sophia; many aunts, uncles, cousins and her two boys Grissom and Cody. Karen always cherished her time with family and deeply enjoyed spending time outdoors and camping. The family will welcome friends at the MONETTE & FRENCH FUNERAL HOME (450 Government Road West, Kirkland Lake, ON., P2N 3L1) on Friday, August 26, 2011 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. from the “Teck-Hughes” Chapel of the funeral home with Capt.
