DEMARELL, Karen
In loving memory of Karen Demarell who passed away at Englehart & District Hospital, on Tuesday, December 25, 2012 at the age of 67 years. Karen was born in Englehart on November 23, 1945 to Tom and Katie Demarell and lived most of her life in nearby Charlton. Karen was a special person, with a ready smile for everyone she met. She very much enjoyed dancing, singing Christmas carols and swimming at the beach and she absolutely loved her dolls. Karen will be sadly missed by her brothers Tom (Alva) and Hermen and sister Sheila (David) Slessor, as well as many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. She was pre-deceased by her parents Tom and Katie, her infant sister Gwendolyn and her sisters-in-law Emily Irvine and Daphine Demarell. A celebration of Karen’s life will be held at Englehart Legion Branch 104 on Saturday January 5, 2013, at 3:00 p.m. Everyone who knew Karen is welcome to attend.
