To the Timmins, Martell, Eaves, and Simmons families I would like to extend my condolences on the passing of Mrs. Timmins. I knew her my entire life and enjoyed our conversations. She and Mr. Timmins were good friends of my aunt and uncle, Jean and Bob Sullivan and Mrs. Timmins was a pioneer member of the Tower St. Baptist Church, along with my Great-Aunt, May Butler. She was a remarkable lady who lived a long and independent life. May she rest in peace.

All such departures are difficult, but they may be a little easier when one sees what a fine family Mrs. Timmins left behind. If her son, my respected Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care partner, Alex, is an example, she and her husband had much to be proud of. God rest her soul!

Dear Alex, Our deepest condolences on the loss of your dear mother. It is always hard to lose a loved one. You and Mary are in our thoughts and prayers. I have fond memories of our time working together in public health at the MOHLTC and I admired your dedication to your family. God bless you at this difficult time.
