CARON, Jean Claude
In loving memory of Mr. Jean Claude Caron of Earlton who passed away at his residence on Tuesday, April 05, 2016 at the age of 73. Pre-deceased by his parents August Caron & Lucienne Meilleur and his brother Roger Caron. He is survived by his wife Nicole, his children Marcel (Bernice) Caron, Lise Caron Levasseur (Stéphane) and Lynn Caron Pannell (Shane). He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren Jessica & Michel Levasseur, Shalyn & Seth Pannell and Danika Caron. Also, by his sister Françoise Martin, sister-in-laws Yollande Caron, Joanne St. George & Colette St. George, brother-in-law Donald St. George and by many nieces and nephews. He was raised on a farm in Earlton. He worked on the farm for 26 years, worked as a bus driver for Tanguay bus line in Earlton and worked for Earlton Boler, Earlton Camping Center, driver for Northern Ontario Milk Transport and caretaker for Paroisse St. Jean Baptiste in Earlton. Claude loved gardening, fishing, hunting, camping, hockey, loved to work on his computer and loved going in nature with his 4 wheeler. He was a Knight of Columbus member and was a 4th Degree grand knight. He loved volunteer work, loved helping others and most of all doing things with his family, playing guitars and singing with them and gathering. He was always there for who ever needed him. The family of the late Mr. Jean Claude Caron will receive friends at the St. Jean Baptiste Parish Hall, Earlton, on Friday, April 8, from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Jean Baptiste Catholic Church on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at 11:00 am. Father Germain Turcotte officiating.
