I am deeply saddened by the loss suffered by the Pysklywec families and the City of Kirkland Lake. My memories of Harry are the fondest when he lived with my family in Toronto, even though it may not have been Harry’s happiest time, since his heart was always in Kirkland Lake. Our families were so close in those early years that it was always understood my summers were going to be spent at 16 McCamus. I always looked so forward to seeing Teddy and the Pysklywec families and spending time in Kirkland Lake. Harry, I wished I took more time to know you better, but nonetheless I am truly blessed to have these memories. My thoughts are with the Pysklywec family. May God Bless George Gnyp

My deepest sympathy to the Pysklywec family. I know Harry from our youth years when the gang went to his parents home and hanging out with John. I also visited Carol and Harry when they lived in Scarboro and when I used to visit My MOM at the Heritage home in K.L. also at their Tweedsmuir home in Federal. They were good friends with my late cousins Ruth and Arnold Nelson on Second Street. Harry had one of those wonderful laughs that you never forget, great memories. God Bless, Don Wentland – Thornhill
