Great to see how many positive and good memories people had with our grandfather. I am happy to see he left such a good mark on this earth. Miss you and all our memories growing up at the cottage, Grandpa! Love Megan and Kerri.

I remember Fuzzy best at our annual corn roasts at Kenogami. He was one of the “guardians of the pot,” which allowed him to eat as much as he wanted. I overheard remarks like “How many has he had now, six or sixteen?” I will remember Fuzzy mostly for his cut-to-the-chase observations, his genuine friendliness, and the laughter that always seemed to surround him. My deepest sympathy goes out to Nellie, Rob and Brian and families. We have all lost “one of the good ones.” Carolyn

Greetings from Lahti Finland. This will acknowledge the passing of Francis “Fuzzy” MacDonald in view of ths obituary. To begin with, it is a remarkable account of a man who during his life-time left a “Legacy” of character rich in spirit for his family, friends and the community. His treasury was filled and blessed with integrity, love and laughter, joy and kindness affairs of the heart that resounds, in the chimes of time, “Well Done”. Psalms 23:6

To Nellie, Brian, Rob and their families, It was with great sadness that we learned of Fuzzy’s passing. He will be fondly remembered as one of those KL “characters” that had character and always brought a smile to your face. Because of that, he always had many friends that wanted to be around him. Gerry and Michelle Blunt, le 1 mars 2021

Dear Nellie, Brian & Rob It is with deep sadness we learned today of Fuzzy’s passing. He always brought a sense of joy when you were in his company. I will always remember his energy and willingness to be a part of our prostate cancer team. He was proud of family and rightly so(both he & Nellie) did such a fine job of raising 2 wonderful boys who have served the family name well. He could not have had a more loving and beautiful wife with whom I had the brief time of working with at KLCVI. He was a special individual who will be deeply missed by those fortunate enough to know him. Our deepest sympathy. Ralph & Shirley

Ralph & Shirley Doner (Mesa Az), le 1 mars 2021

Our love and thoughts are with all of you at this time. Our mother Marion Hunt grew up with “Aunt” Nellie in Kirkland Lake, so we have had Uncle Fuzzy and Aunt Nellie as part of our family since we were born. Our trips to Kirkland growing up always included a fun time with our adopted Aunt and Uncle. His smile and laughter will always have a place in our hearts. With much love – Lynn, Dawn and Victora
