In loving memory of Mr. Ernest Smith of Englehart who passed away at Health Sciences North, Greater Sudbury, on Wednesday, August 02, 2017 at the age of 69. Ernie worked many years in the Maintenance of Way department on the ONR. Also, he worked many years on the family farm. Ernie was an avid hunter and loved the outdoors. He loved to share with all. He was always ready to teach his nieces and nephews. Pre-deceased by his parents Gordon and Margaret Smith, 2 brothers Donald and twin Edward, 2 nephews and 1 niece. He is survived by his siblings Joan White, Hamilton ON, Beatrice Brabender Climax Sask., Marlene Smith Fitzmaurice (Eugene) Englehart ON, Robert Smith Englehart ON, Ileen Bennett Brampton ON, Doreen Ward (Michael) Oshawa ON, Brian Smith (Joanne Joseph) Haileybury ON, Shirley Linton Englehart ON and Wayne Smith (Arlene) Regina Sask. In keeping with Ernie`s wishes, there will be no visitation or service at this time. In memory contributions to the Diabetes Association or the Kidney Foundation will be greatly appreciated.
