Mr. Duane Wainman passed away on Tuesday, August 5, 2008 at the age of 69 years. He was a beloved husband and best friend of the late Thérèse Wainman. His parents Walter and Margaret Wainman; four siblings and stepsons Pierre and Guy Bernier also predeceased Duane. He was the loving father of Ron (Micheline) Armstrong, Cam (Michelle) Armstrong, Eric Armstrong, Duane Jr. (Leanne) Wainman and Candice Wainman. He was the dear stepfather to Réjean (Johane) Bernier, Gille (Shirley) Bernier, Claude (Nicole) Bernier and Luc Bernier. His grandchildren and great grandchildren will fondly remember Duane. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Monette & French Funeral Home on Monday, August 11, 2008 from 2:00 to 4:00 & 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the “Teck ” Hughes” Chapel of the Monette & French Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 12, 2008 at 11:30 a.m. Duane will be laid to rest next to Thérèse in the Kirkland Lake Cemetery.
