loving memory of Mrs. Dorothy Walton who passed away at Temiskaming Lodge, Haileybury, on Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at the age of 85. Dorothy was a long time member of the St. Paul’s United Church in Charlton. She was very active in many activities such as the U.C.W., the Sunday Creek Women’s Institute, a 4H Leader and a member of the Charlton Agricultural Society. Pre-deceased by her husband Edwin `Ted` in 2009, her parents Woodman & Mabel Pratt, brother Barry, nephew Larry and brother-in-law Ivan Hodgson. She is survived by her children Edith & Garnet Colling of Binbrook, John & Kathy Walton of Calgary and Kerry & Carmen Walton of New Liskeard. She will be sadly missed by her 7 grandsons Ryan (Debbie) & Adam (Lacey) Colling, Spencer, Jack (Shayla), Mike, Scott (Whitney) & Eric Walton. Also, she will also be sadly missed by her 3 great grandchildren, 4 sisters Shirley Poole, Vera Paquin, Eileen Adamson & Mildred Hodgeson and by numerous of nieces, nephews Aunts & cousins. The family of the late Mrs. Dorothy Walton will receive friends at the McDonald Funeral Home, Englehart, Friday, November 30, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. A `Celebration of Life` will be held at Emmanuel United Church, Englehart on Saturday, December 1, 2012 at 11:00 am. Rev. Jessica Cottrell officiating.
