MORRIS, Diane Dubois
In loving memory of Mrs. Diane Morris who passed away at Englehart & District Hospital, on Friday, May 24, 2013 at the age of 70. She was born in New Liskeard on April 16, 1943, to Lionel and Annie (Brosko) Dubois. She married Jim Morris in Portage La Prairie, Manitoba, on July 1, 1967, and went on to work as an insurance broker in Englehart for many years. Diane enjoyed travelling, camping in her motor home, casinos, collecting antiques and visiting with family and friends. She also served on the Town of Englehart council and several boards including the hospital and library boards. Pre-deceased by her husband Jim, and her parents, she is survived by her daughter Lisa Harvey (Marc) of North Bay, granddaughter Gillian; her brothers Bob Dubois (Mae), Art Dubois (spouse Claudette deceased), Gerry Dubois (spouse Carol deceased); brothers-in-law Bill Morris (Merrlyn) and John Morris (Marcy); many nieces and nephews; and special friend Roy. A “Celebration of Life†will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion in Englehart, Sunday June 30 at 2 pm. Pastor Stephen Wuerch officiating. In memory contributions to Englehart & District Hospital Fund or the Englehart Elevator Fund will be greatly appreciated.
