Audrey Lauretta Johanson passed away at her residence in Swastika on Tuesday, July 17, 2007 in her 80th year. Dear wife of the late Kurt. Loving mother of Dennis (Liz) Johanson of Englehart, Sheila (Gary) Shadd of Chatham and Karen (Paul) Allard of Nahma. Fondly remembered by her grandchildren – Tracey (Dennis) Robinson, Tara Shadd-Williams, Tegan (David) Nethersole, Clint (Susi) Johanson, Shannon (Robert) Chalifoux and by her 11 great-grandchildren. Sadly missed by her brother-in-law Fred Johanson of Winnipeg and by many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends and relatives at the MONETTE & FRENCH FUNERAL HOME on Saturday, July 21, 2007 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and on Sunday, July 22, 2007 from 2:00 – 4:00 & 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the “Teck-Hughes” Chapel of the Funeral Home on Monday, July 23, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. Audrey will be laid to rest in the Kirkland Lake Cemetery at a later date. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Kidney Foundation and would be greatly appreciated by the family.
