LARONDE, Alice Dilema – Alice peacefully passed away on Wednesday, August 22, 2012, at the Kirkland & District Hospital, at the age of 77. Alice was predeceased by: Albert, her loving husband of 58 years; her 2 sons, Don and Colin; her sister, Cecilia; and her brother, Edward. She will be forever remembered and dearly missed by: her children, Anna (Rolly) Cyr, Bonnie (Joey) L’Heureux, and Macey; grandchildren, Jammie Lynn (Blake) Laronde and Geoffrey (Christine) Laronde; and her great-grandchild, Carson Laronde. Alice was born in Charlton and lived her entire life in northern Ontario. She worked many years at the Northern News. Until Albert’s death in May of 2011, Alice enjoyed travelling. She also gained pleasure from crafting, working with computers, studying genealogy and “TOPS”. Donations in Alice’s memory may be made to any charity of your choice. A Memorial Service will be held in the chapel of the FRENCH FAMILY FUNERAL HOME (111 Burnside Drive, Kirkland Lake, ON., P2N 3L1) on Tuesday, August 28, 2012 from 1:00 p.m. A committal Service will follow at Kirkland Lake Cemetery.Offer Condolence for the family of Alice Laronde
