It is with great sorrow that the family of Alberta Rose Beaudry (née DeWolfe) announces her passing. The sad event took place at Extendicare Kirkland Lake on April 20, 2016. Alberta or Bert as she was known, lived a long and health life, thoroughly enjoyed her time at Extendicare and at the last, her passing was peaceful, in her sleep. She was predeceased by her husband Emile; sisters Mildred, Elizabeth, Virginia & Mary and brother William. Bert is survived by her daughters Marlene O’Donnell, Joanne Zimny & Susan Thompson; granchildren Tracy Cyr (née O’Donnell), Jamie Sobush, Rachel Forbes & Tiffany Forbes, great granddaughter Emily & Chloe. Cremation has taken place under the direction of French Family Funeral Home and Bert will be laid to rest in the Kirkland Lake Cemetery.
