TOOTS WHITMORE, Verona Geraldine

In loving memory of Verona (Toots) Geraldine Whitmore (nee Amon), age 85, formerly from New Liskeard passed away peacefully on Tuesday June 28th, 2016 at Teck Pioneer Residence, Kirkland with children at her side. Loving mother of Sandra Fifield of New Liskeard, Bonnie Taylor (Del Fisher) of Picton, Karen Marshall (Brian Morris) of Kirkland Lake, Judy Taylor (Rui Filgeuras) of Avonmore, Louise Taylor (Deceased), John Taylor of New Liskeard, and Mary Harrington (Frank) of Newmarket. Grandmother to: Bruce, Susan, Rebecca, Amanda, Amy, Taylor and Rylee. Great Grandmother to: Jamie, William, Mary, Nicholas, Eli, Rylan, Brooklyn, and Danika. The family will receive friends and family on Thursday, June 30th, 2016 between 2:00 and 4:00 pm and 7:00 and 9:00 pm at the Perrin Funeral Chapel. The funeral will be held on Friday July 1st, 2016 at 11:00 am from the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations made to the Arthritis Society would be greatly appreciated. Special thanks to the staff at Teck Pioneer Residence and Kirkland District Hospital for the excellent care provided and compassion displayed.
