Dear Cliff and Michelle, all other family members and friends off Urgel: I am so sorry for your loss. It is at times like these that we find it hard to understand the loss of a loved one. I pray that God’s blessings and graces will hell comfort you at this time of sorrow and help you to remember all the good times and memories shared by you. And may God grant Urgel Eternal Rest, and let His Perpetual Light shine on him. God bless.

I was so saddened to hear of my Uncle’s passing. My late Husband, Gerard St-Amand, and I thought the world of Uncle “Urgie”. He will be missed, terribly. RIP dear Uncle while wrapped in the arms of the Lord.

A great man to know and to work with at Macassa in the late 70’s. I had the opportunity to work with Urgel and got to know him at the mine. Over the past few years I had the opportunity to reminisce with Urgel while he was visiting Cliff at Pinewood. He had a sharp memory and I enjoyed my reminiscing with him. Rest now Yrgel. Your cage tending duties are over . In fond remeberance Merdy.
