I am so deeply saddened to hear about Tim’s passing. I have worked with Tim since 2001 at NRC and in my automotive consulting business. Tim was one of the brightest automotive minds I have ever met. Even though he didn’t have an engineering degree he could out-engineer most of us with his expertise and knowledge of how vehicles were put together and how to get maximum performance out of anything on wheels. Tim was a very kind and gentle man who was a true team player and always dug deeply into any problem until it was solved. His curiosity for technology and his willingness to help anyone will be greatly missed. A very sad day for all of us.

My deepest condolences to all the Glassford family. I knew Tim at NRC and can say that he was the kind of unselfish person that would do anything you asked him to. Great guy for sure! On the military side I did not know Tim while I was in but now that I would had loved to have Tim as an MRT partner as he was a person you could depend on. Rest in peace Tim.

So sad to hear of Tims passing. I served in Nort Bay in the mid 80’s and have many wonderful memories of Tim. May he rest in peace Arte et Marte

So terribly sad to hear this. Tim was an old colleague and I had just read on his FB page about his ordeal with the heart attacks and stents. Wow. Deepest sympathies to the family.

My sincere condolences for your loss. I really enjoyed the times I spent working and racing with Tim in North Bay. Got out of touch after getting posted but was great talking to him online lately. He will be missed.
