Therese Brault,

THERESE BRAULT,

2021

Therese Brault (nee Pigeau) 1933 – 2018:  It is with deep sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Therese Brault at Kirkland Lake on Monday January 29th 2018, surrounded by family. Predeceased by her husband Rheal, her parents Alphonse and Exilda (Beaulieu), her brothers Leonard (wife Lorainne Dupont deceased), Yvon and Edward and her sister Gaetane. Survived by her sisters Blanche Owens (Edward predeceased) of B.C. and Claudette Bois (Raymond) of Espanola. Lovingly remembered by her children by first marriage: Richard Marion of Toronto, Eric Marion (Carol Cox) of Kirkland Lake and Patricia Peters (Dale) of Deep River. Also survived and deeply loved by the joys of her life, her grandchildren: Matthew Marion (Riley Carlson), Alisha Taylor (Aaron), Erika Marion (Pat Marcuccio), and Jesse Peters; and great grand children Ayla Marion, Benjamin Taylor and newborn infant Holden Marion, all of whom she loved fiercely and unconditionally. To Therese, her grandchildren truly were a reward and they brought great comfort and happiness to her after a life of much adversity and anguish. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to the staff at Extendicare Kirkland Lake whose kindness and support made Therese’s declining years so much easier.  Cremation to take place with small family gathering and spreading of her ashes at her hometown of Bonfield. In lieu of donations, the family would request you call upon a loved one or friend and just spend time together over a tea or a snack.  Free at last Mom, may your spirit soar unrestrained……………..Offer Condolence for the family of Therese Brault

My deepest condolences to the family, Therese was quite the lady and she lived her life with faith, dignity and a little bit of stubbornness. Bella and I always enjoyed our visits with her and she always had wisdom to share with us. We will miss her spunk????
