EDWARDSON, RUTH – – Peacefully at Extendicare Nursing Home in Kirkland Lake on Monday, May 14, 2007 in her 80th year. Beloved wife of the late Herbert. Much loved mother of Betty-Jane Oehring & her husband Dave of Larder Lake. Fondly remembered by her grandchildren Robert Oehring & his friend Shauna of Ottawa and Kristen Breton & her husband Dominic of Timmins and by her great granddaughter Pari Breton. Survived by her sister Doreen Nickle & her husband Keith of Brockville and by her brother-in-law Joseph Edwardson & his wife Vi. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her mother Anna Davis and step-father Arthur Davis. A Memorial Service will take place in the Chapel of the Extendicare Kirkland Lake Nursing Home (155 Government Road East) on Friday, May 18, 2007 at 1:30 p.m. Ruth will be laid to rest with her husband Herb at the Kirkland Lake Cemetery following the service. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society (38 Government Road East, Kirkland Lake P2N 2E2) and would be greatly appreciated by the family.
