A family memorial will take place in the spring when Ruth and Wayne will be laid to rest together.Donations:

So many childhood memories-trading houses for lunch and having the house specialty peanut butter and brown sugar open-faced sandwiches, going to your cottage, watching Missys pups being born (and Daniel and I being late for school because of it), raiding gardens, skiing of course and both our families just relaxing on our back deck-these are but a handful of our awesome memories of two families growing up together and being bonded for life. Lynda, Jim and Daniel we will miss your Mom too, she was family and we were the luckiest bunch of kids! She will be in our hearts forever with all the great memories we shared. With love, Paul, Marjorie Chris and Abbey xo

Difficult time for your family and we send condolences. Wayne and Ruth were very special people whose friendship we valued during our time in KL. Of course, many of the best memories are of your family at Raven Mt. Take comfort in the good memories and strength from family and friends for whom your parents were very genuinely good people.

Paul and Patricia Arney, March 1, 2021

We are so sorry to hear of Ruths passing. We became neighbours when Lynda and I were four. We grew up together and had a wonderful street full of neighbours and friends. I remember our Moms being outside chatting and having coffee while we all played. Ruth had a great ability to laugh things off and say Oh well! These last few years have been challenging and I am glad she is back dancing with Wayne. May the music never stop. Xoxo
