It is with heavy hearts that the Taylor family announces the sudden passing of Robert Stephen Taylor at his home on Friday January 9th of 2015. Robert is survived by his sons Troy (Jaime) and Jared, his wife Dale, his brother Brian Taylor (Tracey), his sister Cathy Checko (Vince), his brother in-law Leslie Peever, granddaughters Lainey Stevens and Rowan Allen, nieces Carrie, Amanda, Talise and Breazzlyn, and his cousin Kendra. Rob is predeceased by his parents and his nephew Ryan Checko. Robert was born in Oakville Ontario on January 28th, 1954. Robert had been a mechanic for over 40 years and took great pride in being an entrepreneur and business owner for over 15 years. The family of Robert Taylor would like to thank everyone in the community who has reached out and offered their support and condolences during this very difficult time. Visitations for Robert will be held at McDonald Funeral Home in Englehart on Monday January 19th from 7 - 9pm and on Tuesday January 20th at 9:30 am. Tuesday’s visitation will lead in to funeral service which will begin at 11 am in the chapel at McDonald Funeral Home. Mr. Stephen Wuerch officiating. In honour of Robert`s memory contributions to the Biker`s Reunion or the Alzheimer Society will be greatly appreciated.
