It is with deep sorrow that the family of Raymond Gadoury announces his passing on October 27, 2007 at the age of 80 yrs old. Raymond was predeceased by his children Gilles & Noel; brothers Roger, Rene and Donald, and sister Rejeanne. He is survived by his wife Irene of Holtyre and his children Norman (Diane) of Chaput Hughes, Doris of Holtyre, Cleo (Mary) of New Liskeard, Maurice (Jeannine) of Chaput Hughes, Celine (Claude) of Val Gagne and Danny (Angie) of Holtyre. Raymond is also survived by his brother Roland (Violet) of Toronto; sisters Roselaine (Lewis Harrington) of Kinmount, Rolande of Florida and Rita of Quebec. He will be dearly missed by his 15 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. Raymond was an avid hunter & fisherman especially Abitibi in the winter. He really liked participating and helping his kids in every project. He was well known to people in surrounding towns as a great miner for 40 years. Raymond told great stories about old times and we can’t forget to mention the love he had for making firewood. Donations in Raymond’s memory may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated. The family will receive family and friends on Tuesday, October 30, 2007 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Paroisse St-Laurent in Ramore. Mass of Christian Burial will be held from Paroisse St-Laurent in Ramore at 11:30 a.m. with Father Alexis O’ Lenga officiating.Offer Condolence for the family of Raymond Gadoury
