So sorry to hear of Phils passing. My deepest condolences Janet, Tim, Ray, and the entire family. He was a lifelong friend and a fantastic guy to be around. Phil had a caring heart and always looked out for others. I remember him as a really sincere, courageous person who could always bring a smile to your face.
