FORGET, Nancy
In loving memory of Mrs. Nancy Forget who passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday May 23, 2012 at tjhe age of 74. Nancy was born in Haileybury on August 16, 1937 to Bruce Brown and Almeda Radley. She attended school at New Liskeard Public School and New Liskeard High School. She married Leo Forget on February 5, 1955. Nancy worked at the Royal Bank, Lickley Real Estate and for many years was partners with Leo in thier Auction Business. Nancy is survived by her husband of 57 years Leo Forget, her sons Terry (Rosanne), Randy (Deborah), Danny (Lulu) and by Tim Holt who has been part of the family since his teen age years, eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren her sister Jane Vail, many nieces, nephews and by the Forget family. She was predeceased by her parents and sister Lorraine. Over the years Nancy & Leo enjoyed traveling in their motor home and staying at their winter residence in Yuma Arizona. In earlier years she was instrumental in the formation of New Liskeard Minor Hockey Association. She was proud to assist Ernie & Rose Forget and her long time friends Dorothy and George Dodds at times when they needed help with their children. In the last few years Nancy took great pleasure in the pictures and visits with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. In keeping with Nancy's wishes, there will not be any visitation or funeral service. If desired donations to the Community Cancer Care, or the New Liskeard Bikers Reunion would be appreciated by the family.
