Our deepest sympathies to Moe’s son and daughter and grandchildren. Just returned from hospital and saw his obit and could not help but feel Kirkland has lost a great promoter of its talents. Knew him from when he first married, worked for him at Kirkland Lake Gold and always respected him for his integrity and knowledge. He will be missed.

I had the pleasure of playing in a band called Wizard with Moe, Bob May and Dave Whittaker. Moe had a terrific sense of humour, an excellent musician and a heck of an entertainer. Between Moe and Dave the humour was endless!! Such great times! Moe will be sadly missed. I am sure that Dave and Moe are entertaining once again. Our condolences to his family. Dear Moe’s family and friends, sincere condolences upon Moe’s passing. I hung around with Moe, Carnie and Mary Jo back in the 60’s when his band was so popular in K.L. We had so much fun back then. I had been in touch not to long ago and was going to drop in to see him in KL this summer. May he rest in peace.

Micheal, Lisa and families, Sitting alot over the last few weeks since hearing Moe’s diagnosis and just thinking of all the wonderful memories that just keep coming. Most of course to do with our lives together at Sesekinika; but also before Ses: at your restaurant in Kenogami, and of course when Mom & Dad moved us to the big city once again, in Kirkland. Just a flood of smiles and a few tears-yes….we had a great time being families together, and it just takes me back to our childhood! Such great memories; from waking up to ????Wasted days & Wasted???? nights by good old Freddie Fender on Sunday morning blasting Henry and Eve across the bay to ole Crocodile Rock by Elton John. Not many Sundays go by without a beautiful trip through the 70’s & 80’s on CJKL, all thanks to your dad’s love of music…it got to my heart! MOE, may you rest in peace and I hope you are strumming away, with new fingers that work and the same beautiful voice! Patti & Kevin Connolly

It is with great sadness in my heart I say goodbye to a dear friend and mentor. Moe should be the greatest example to all that one can do whatever they set their hearts and minds to do. His was a life of experience, hard work, courage and discernment. He had the heart and roar of a lion, but he was kind and generous to all who knew him. Moe….you leave this world a sadder place. You will be missed. You will never be forgotten. Thank you for everything. Rest well my friend. Condolences to the Rozon families on their loss.
