EVANS, Margaret Marion (née English) – It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Margaret Evans. Marg passed away peacefully early March 1, 2018 in her 88th year. She is survived by her children Debbie Stalkman (Gerry) Kingston ON; Kathy Mitchel (Pat) Saskatoon SK and Mike Evans (Patti) Kirkland Lake ON. She will be missed by her 8 grandchildren. Following Marg’s wishes, there will be no service.AquaCremation:

Nan (Marg) and Pop (Garnet) were everything to me growing up, they raised me and showed me how to be a good person. Nan read books with me when I was a child and I’am sure is the reason for any intelligence I ended up with. I will forever miss Poppas stories and Nan and my long talks about nothing yet meant so much…..

She was always so friendly and even took me down to feed carrots to the horses. She was a good neighbor and will be missed by many in our little community.
